The monthly prayer meeting is on Saturday 21st Dec 8.15am- 8.45am to pray for the work of the church, the needs of the parish, and wider concerns. Do come if you can – even if you just sit quietly.
1st and 3rd Sunday of the month 3.00pm – 4.00pm at the Cofton Community Village Hall. If you live in Cofton please come along and encourage your neighbours to come too. All ages are very welcome.
The eco group will be having a talk which will cover areas that the County’s Environment Section are involved with, on Monday 28th October at 8pm in the Parish Centre, come and listen to Tony Miller, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Environment on Worcester County Council, speak on recycling in Worcestershire and the County’s Environment section are involved in, including waste; biodiversity; pollinators; and partnership working (eg Worcs Wildlife Trust).
Please join us on Tuesday 15th October at 7.15pm at St Andrew’s Church B45 8NR for a Film Night showing the film ‘Before the Flood’ in which actor Leonardo DiCaprio meets scientists, activists and world leaders to discuss the dangers of climate change and possible solutions.
There will be no 8.00am Holy Communion services on the 8th and 15th Sept.
St Michael’s is now open, please come and see the work that has been completed. A service of thanksgiving will be on September 29th with Bishop David.

On 16th March 2019 The Busy Parent Network are running the first Bookfest in the Parish Centre on the back of the huge success of the Bournville event in the past. Here is the link https://barntgreenbookfest.com. It is great that we have attracted World Book Day illustrators and authors. It is ticket only entry so buy your tickets as soon as possible.
Join us for a short, family walk onto the Lickey Hills on Saturday 16th February 2019. Meet for bacon sandwiches at 9.15am St. Andrew’s Parish Centre, Sandhills Road, followed by a walk.
